Forum Kochi is a premium shopping mall located inMaradu in the city ofKochi inKerala, India. TheMall is promoted by one of the India's Top builders and Real Estate Devolopers in Bangalore, thePrestige Group. Spanning over 10 acres of land, the mall has a total built up area of 1,036,135 sq ft and total retail space of 639,606 sq ft.[2]
The mall is the second-largest in the city in terms of retail space. The mall started its construction in April 2011 with the support of Thomsun Group.[3][1] The mall opened for the public on 19 August 2023.[4]
The mall has seven anchor brands: Lulu Hypermarket, PVR Luxe,Marks & Spencer,H&M, Fun city,Lifestyle, andShoppers Stop. International brands likeLacoste,Bath & Body Works,Under Armour, andBeverly Hills Polo Club, [Superdry]],Armani Exchange, andCalvin Klein are also located in the mall. There are 21 food & beverage outlets and an 850-seat food court in the second floor of the mall.[1]
Forum Kochi has aPVR [PXL] screen with nine screens. The venue frequently hosts major star visits and film promotions. A 39-room hotel space with swimming pool is also being developed in collaboration withMarriott International inside the mall.[citation needed]
Forum Kochi has been a venue for promotions of major films, includingKamal Hassan'sThuglife,Mohanlal'sBarroz,Sivakarthikeyan'sAmaran,Vijay Sethupathi'sMaharaja, andTovino Thomas'ARM. The first movie promotion at Forum Kochi was forPrithviraj’sGuruvayoor Ambalanadayil.[citation needed]
