TheFord Fiesta Rally3 is a rally car developed and built byM-Sport toFIAGroup Rally3 regulations for use at tier 3 of the FIARally Pyramid.[2] It is based upon theFord Fiesta road car and debuted in 2021.[3][4]
The car was debuted by Estonian driverKen Torn at SM O.K. Auto-Ralli in Finland, finishing eleventh overall.[5] The car made its WRC debut at the2021 Croatia Rally with Zoltan Laszlo behind the wheel.[6]
The Fiesta Rally3 made its WRC return during2021 Rally Estonia, driven byExtreme E regularMolly Taylor withSebastian Marshall co-driving. The crew crashed out on SS5.[7]
Since 2022, the car is used as the selected vehicle for theJunior WRC Championship. It was the only car in theRally3 class until 2023 when theRenault Clio Rally3 was homologated by the FIA.[8]
