The fourth edition of thefootball tournament at thePan American Games was held inSão Paulo, Brazil, from 20 April to 4 May 1963. Five teams competed in a round-robin competition, withArgentina being the defending champions.Brazil, Argentina andChile qualified for the tournament at the beginning of the year, whilePeru andParaguay did not.
Matches were held inEstádio Comendador Sousa andEstádio Parque São Jorge, both in São Paulo.[1]
