The program broadcasts from ESPN headquarters inBristol, Connecticut.
The host and analysts bring listeners NFL Sunday afternoon games. The program also provides the latest scores every ten minutes withMarc Kestecher on either theScoreboard Update orESPN Radio SportsCenter. After the games end, the hosts are joined by some of the players to talk about the games and give a preview ofSunday Night Football andMonday Night Football with important guests.

ESPN Radio entered into a contract with theNew York Giants,New York Jets,New England Patriots, andMiami Dolphins to syndicate select games out-of-market throughout the year.[1] Play-by-play announcers for the broadcasts includeMarc Kestecher,Sean McDonough,Bill Rosinski, andRyan Ruocco, withHerm Edwards,Shaun O'Hara,Bill Polian, andDamien Woody as analysts.[2] As of the 2022 season, ESPN Radio covers Sunday afternoon NFL games nationally, alongside competing networksSports USA,Compass Media, andSirius XM.[3]
