Finn Ludvig Seemann (18 October 1944 – 7 September 1985) was a Norwegianfootballer who played as astriker.
Seemann was born inOslo.[1] He started his football career inLyn,[2] where he became league champion in 1964. In 1965, he became professional in the Scottish clubDundee United.[3][4] After two seasons in Scotland he went to the Netherlands, where he played forDWS[5] andFC Utrecht, and also lived in theUnited States in a period before he returned to Lyn in 1975. He has also played inVålerenga,Sarpsborg andBækkelaget.
He was capped 15 times and scored four goals forNorway.[6] Seemann was also capped three times for Norway inbandy. He appeared in pre-season games as aplacekicker for theHouston Oilers in 1973 and 1974.[7]
He died in a car accident in 1985, on theE6 highway nearDovre.
