In addition, I noticed something about the cover after converting it into vector graphics. Some copies of the book, like the one above, carry the ™ symbol on the cover, some copies have ®, and others have no such markings. The graphic is based on the file I found in the given source, which seems to be of the highest quality I could find with a few visible artifacts, and the ™ symbol can be removed if desired.
