TheFifth Conference of the International Woman Suffrage Alliance was held inLondon, England from April 26 to May 1, 1909. Twenty countries were represented. Representatives from twenty countries attended, withCarrie Chapman Catt presiding.[1]

Delegates includedJohanne Münter (Denmark),Rosika Schwimmer (Hungary), Dr.Anita Augspurg (Germany),Zinaida Mirovitch (Russia), andGina Krog (Norway).[2]

The conference is sometimes referred to as theFirst Quinquennial International Woman Suffrage Alliance Meeting or theFourth Conference of the International Woman Suffrage Alliance.
