Fexofenadine/pseudoephedrine, sold under the brand nameAllegra-D among others, is afixed-dose combination medication used for the treatment of nasal congestion and other symptoms ofallergies[4] and thecommon cold.[2] It containsfexofenadine, as the hydrochloride, anantihistamine; andpseudoephedrine, as the hydrochloride, anasal decongestant.[2]

In 2023, it was the 307th most commonly prescribed medication in the United States, with more than 300,000 prescriptions.[5]
