Ferran Costa Pinazo (born 1 October 1994) is a Spanishfootballmanager, currently in charge ofCE Sabadell FC.
Born inCastelldefels,Barcelona,Catalonia, Costa played forUE Castelldefels,CD Marianao Poblet andAE Prat as a youth, while being a youth manager of the former two sides. In 2014, when signing forCF Damm, he retired and focused solely on managing.[1]
In March 2017, after starting the season as a manager of theCadete squad of Damm, Costa moved toCE Manresa to take over theJuvenil team.[2] In June, he joinedClub Gimnàstic de Manresa under the same role.[3]
On 23 September 2019, Costa was namedXavi Molist's assistant atTerrassa FC.[4] On 28 April of the following year, he agreed to return to Manresa to become their first team manager inTercera División, while also working as a sporting director.[5]
On 11 July 2022, afterachieving promotion toSegunda Federación, Costa renewed his contract with Manresa.[6] He left the club on 5 June 2023, after missing out on another promotion inthe play-offs.[7]
On 26 July 2023, Costa was named at the helm of fellow fourth division sideCF Badalona Futur.[8] The following 31 March, he left the club to take overSegunda División sideFC Andorra on a contract until June 2025.[9]
Costa's first professional match in charge occurred on 6 April 2024, a 2–0 away win overCD Eldense which took theTricolors out of the relegation zone.[10] Despite the club'srelegation, he remained in charge until 20 January 2025, when he was sacked.[11]
On 23 June 2025, Costa was appointed manager ofCE Sabadell FC also inPrimera Federación.[12]
