Farbus (French pronunciation:[faʁby]) is acommune in thePas-de-Calaisdepartment in theHauts-de-France region ofFrance.[3] It is located seven kilometres from theCanadian National Vimy Memorial dedicated to theBattle of Vimy Ridge (part of theBattle of Arras) and the missingFirst World War Canadian soldiers with no known grave; the Memorial is also the site of two Canadian cemeteries.[4]
A farming village situated 6 miles (9.7 km) northeast of Arras, at the junction of the D50 and D51 roads.
