A falculella

Falculelle (singular:falculella) are a typical dessert of theCorsican cuisine.[1]

Originally fromCorte, they are small cakes prepared essentially mixingbrocciu, egg yolk, flour, sugar and orange zest.[1] This mixture is then baked on achestnut leaf.[1]
