Fadi al-Qassem (Arabic:فادي القاسم) is a Syrian politician who has been serving as theMinister of Administrative Development in theSyrian transitional government under prime ministerMohammed al-Bashir since 10 December 2024.[1][2][3] He had also held the position of Minister of Development and Humanitarian Affairs in theSyrian Salvation Government.[4]
