Description

Thedrive-through and dine-in restaurant Face Plant operates on Going Street innorth Portland'sOverlook neighborhood. It serves plant-basedfast food such as burgers and nuggets (usingImpossible Foods products as a base),French fries, shakes, and sodas.[3][4] Burger options are "classic", also known as "red and yellow" (American cheese, ketchup, and pickles), or "deluxe", also known as "fancy" (lettuce, onion, tomato, and special sauce).[5] Staff go to vehicles to take orders, instead of using anintercom system.[6]

History

Co-foundersMolly Baz and Matt Plitch opened thedrive-through in January 2025, in a space that previously operated as aMcDonald's location.[5][7] Plitch is thechief executive officer and owner.[8] Baz is the head of culinary development.[5][7]
