Ezogelin soup orEzo gelin soup (Turkish:Ezogelin çorbası, "the soup of Ezo the bride") is a commonsoup inTurkish cuisine. The main ingredients arebulgur andred lentils. The origin of the soup is attributed to Ezo the bride fromGaziantep.[1]

Common ingredients includered lentils,rice,bulgur,olive oil,onion,garlic,tomato,tomato paste,paprika,Aleppo pepper, driedmint,black pepper, andsalt; it is usually served withlemon wedges.[2]
