Evocalcet (trade nameOrkedia) is a drug for the treatment ofhyperparathyroidism.[1] It acts as acalcium-sensing receptoragonist.[2]

In 2018, it was approved in Japan for treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients ondialysis.[3]
