Everlasting, also known as theMarikina meatloaf, is aFilipinosteamedmeatloaf originating fromMarikina. It is made withground pork,Chorizo de Bilbao sausages, carrots, bell peppers, raisins,pickle relish, tomatoes, onions, and eggs. It is similar to thehardinera meatloaf ofQuezon and is also traditionally steamed in an oval-shaped tin mold known as allanera (orlyanera).[1][2][3][4]
