Evangelos Depastas (Greek:Ευάγγελος Δεπάστας; 6 January 1932 – 5 January 2009) was a Greek athlete. He competed at the1956 Summer Olympics and the1960 Summer Olympics.[1] He was named the 1957Greek Athlete of the Year.
He attended Stanford University (as I recall it was 1959-1960) on an athletic scholarship and was a member of the Stanford University track team. He was my roommate in Stern Hall for that year. (Contributed by David C. Junge….Anchorage, Alaska)
