Eusebio Castigliano (Italian pronunciation:[euˈzɛːbjokastiʎˈʎaːno]; 9 February 1921 – 4 May 1949) was an Italianfootballer who played as amidfielder.

Club career

Castigliano played professional club football forPro Vercelli,Spezia,Biellese andTorino where he was part of theGrande Torino team, and won four consecutive league titles.[1]

On 4 May 1949, Castigliano died in theSuperga air disaster.[2]

International career

Castigliano earned seven caps forItaly between 1945 and 1949, scoring one goal.
