TheEuropean Journal of Health Law is apeer-reviewedacademic journal published byBrill Nijhoff.[1] It was first published in 1994, replacing a journal entitledMedicine and Law to reflect a move away from focusing only on clinical negligence litigation.[2] The journal publishes scholarly articles, notes, reports, and book reviews. It is the official journal of theEuropean Association of Health Law.[3] Theeditor-in-chief is Herman Nys (KU Leuven).
