TheEstadio Yaquis is astadium inCiudad Obregón,Mexico. It is primarily used forbaseball and serves as the home stadium forYaquis de Obregón. It holds 16,000 people.[1] The construction of the venue started in 2014, and it opened in 2016.
Theproject and thedesign were carried out by Gómez Vázquez International (GVI),[2] a company led byarchitectJose Manuel Gomez Vazquez Aldana, while theconstruction was made by Dynfra, Infraestructura Inteligente.[3]
It was inaugurated on 12 October 2016, by then-governor ofSonora,Claudia Pavlovich Arellano.[4]
