Esma'il Mass'oud (Persian:اسماعیل مسعود) also known asEsma'il Mirza Mo'tamed ed-Dowleh (اسماعیل‌میرزا معتمدالدوله) (1887–1968) was anIranianPrince of theQajar dynasty, son ofMass'oud Mirza Zell-e Soltan and grandson ofNaser al-Din Shah Qajar.

He was educated inÉcole spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr inParis andRoyal Military Academy Sandhurst inLondon. Esma'il Mirza was appointed byGeorge VI a Knight Commander ofOrder of the Star of India and a Knight of theOrder of the White Eagle in Russia byTsar Nicholas II. He returned to Iran in 1916 and died aged 81 in 1968 inIsfahan.

He was buried inTakht-e Foulad cemetery.
