Ersin Zehir (born 15 January 1998) is a German-Turkish professionalfootballer who plays as amidfielder forEintracht Norderstedt.[1]
In June 2021, after his return from a loan at3. Liga clubVfB Lübeck, Zehir agreed the termination of his contract withFC St. Pauli.[2] He made 21 appearances in the2. Bundesliga for FC St. Pauli.[2]
Following his departure from FC St. Pauli, Zehir moved toAntalyaspor.[3] He made his debut for the club in aTurkish Cup win overDiyarbakırspor on 28 October 2021, coming on as a half-time substitute forFyodor Kudryashov in a 5–0 win.[4] His league debut followed on 6 November in a 1–0 victory againstAltay, coming off the bench in injury time.[5]
He joined Dutch sideFC Dordrecht, placed last in theEerste Divisie, on loan in January 2022.[3] He signed a contract until the end of the2021–22 season with the option of a further season.[3] Zehin made his Dordrecht debut in a 2–0 victory againstJong AZ.[6] In his second match on 21 January, he scored his first goal in 4–0 win atJong FC Utrecht; a hard shot in the top corner.[7]
On 20 January 2023, Zehir signed forRegionalliga Südwest clubEintracht Trier on a contract until the end of the season.[8]
On 2 June 2023, Eintracht Norderstedt announced the signing of Zehir, from the upcoming season, on a contract until 30 June 2025.[9]
