Erica P. Roth is an American politician.[1] She has been a member of theNevada Assembly since 2024.[2] A member of theDemocratic Party, she was elected in the2024 Nevada Assembly election. She is a civil rights attorney.[3] She worked for theWashoe County Public Defender’s Office and was deputy general counsel to GovernorSteve Sisolak.[4]
