Eric Towner is an American producer, writer, director and animator best known for his work onAdult Swim'sRobot Chicken and Netflix'sBuddy Thunderstruck.
In 2005, Towner founded a studio namedStoopid Monkey withSeth Green,John Harvatine IV andMatthew Senreich. He started a show calledRobot Chicken and became an executive producer for it. He soon started working on more shows likeMicro Mayhem,[1]WWE Slam City,[2]Camp WWE[3] andBuddy Thunderstruck. As of 2011, It was renamed Stoopid Buddy Stoodios.
Towner and Harvatine are going to direct a stop-motion/live-action hybrid named Superbago.[4] He started 2 Robot Chicken couch gags onThe Simpsons with Seth Green, John Harvatine IV, Matthew Senreich andTom Root. His first interactive creation wasBuddy Thunderstruck: The Maybe Pile.
