Endecatomus is a genus of beetles, the sole member of the familyEndecatomidae. There are at least four described species inEndecatomus.[1][2][3][4] Endecatomidae was formerly treated as a subfamily of Ciidae or Bostrichidae.[5] They are found in theHolarctic region. Adults and larvae feed on the fruiting bodies ofbracket fungus, creating bored cavities as they do so.[6]
