Emma Wengberg (born 28 November 1987) is a Swedishbadminton player affiliated with Västra Frölunda BK.[1][2] In 2009, she won theTurkey International tournament in the women's doubles event partnered withEmelie Lennartsson.[3] In 2011, she and Lennartsson also won theScottish International tournament.[4] In 2014, she won theNorwegian International tournament in the women's doubles event withTilde Iversen of Denmark.[5] In 2015, she won thePortugal andFinnish International tournaments in the mixed doubles event partnered withFilip Michael Duwall Myhren, and also won the women's doubles title at the Finland partnered withClara Nistad.[6][7] In March 2015, she and Nistad won thePolish International tournament after beat the English pairChloe Birch andJessica Pugh.[8] In 2017, she won the women's doubles title at the Swedish International Series tournament with Nistad.[9]
The BWF Grand Prix had two levels, theGrand Prix and Grand Prix Gold. It was a series of badminton tournaments sanctioned by theBadminton World Federation (BWF) and played between 2007 and 2017.
