Tumut, anelectoral district of theLegislative Assembly in the Australian state ofNew South Wales, was created in 1859 and abolished in 1904.[1][2][3]

  1. ^Daniel Deniehy was declared elected at theby-election in May 1860, however he was also elected at theEast Macquarie by-election held on the same day and his election to Tumut was subsequently declared void by the Elections and Qualifications Committee.[4] He took his seat as the member for East Macquarie and doesn't appear in the records kept by the Legislative assembly as a member for Tumut.[2][5]
