United Counties of Murray and St Vincent was anelectoral district of theLegislative Assembly in the Australian state ofNew South Wales from 1856 to 1859.[1] It was named afterMurray andSt Vincent counties, including Canberra andBraidwood, although Braidwood andQueanbeyan wereexclaves of the electoral district and formed parts ofSouthern Boroughs. Coastal St Vincent county (Batemans Bay and theJervis Bay area) were included in theelectoral district of St Vincent. Its only member wasWilliam Forster.[2] Murray and St Vincent was replaced byQueanbeyan andBraidwood.[3][4]
