TheEl Paso Holocaust Museum and Study Center is located at 715 N. Oregon in the city and county ofEl Paso, in theU.S. state ofTexas. The museum was founded in 1994 byHolocaust survivor Henry Kellen.[1] It was established to educate the public about the Nazi dictatorship, itsconcentration camps, and resistance movements duringWorld War II.[2] Funding for the museum is provided through donations and grants.[3]
Admission is free to the public. The museum is open six days a week. It is closed on Mondays, most national holidays, andPassover,Rosh Hashanah andYom Kippur.[4]
