Eden was born inMazatlán, Mexico on July 23, 1995. Estrada is the first son (who later became transgender woman) of Lilly Barraza and Armando Estrada.[1] She was raisedJehova's Witness and described her upbringing as conservative.[2]
Estrada began her career as a runway model.[1] She was featured inVogue when she was sixteen years old.[1] Estrada modelled forBellami hair products and walked forMarco Marco.[1] She was featured in music videos forIggy Azalea andTokio Hotel.[1][3]
In 2020, YouTuberJaclyn Hill posted a video accusing Estrada of body shaming her.[9] Estrada made a public apology on herInstagram.[9]
In 2020, Estrada and two of her friends,Jaslene Whiterose andJoslyn Flawless, were assaulted and robbed atHollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.[10][11] They were robbed at knifepoint and threatened with a crowbar.[12][13] During the attack, transphobic slurs were shouted at Estrada and her friends.[14] She claimed that bystanders also shouted transphobic slurs at the women.[15] Thehate crime was investigated by theLos Angeles Police Department.[16][17] Carlton Callway and Willie Walker were later arrested for the hate crime.[18] A third suspect was identified as Davion Williams.[19][20] Callway was charged with robbery and Williams was charged with extortion, and both charges carried hate crime enhancement.[21]
Estrada is in a relationship with Christian Shearhod, a high school teacher and social media influencer.[22] They live together inLos Angeles with Shearhod's son.[23]
