East Ipswich railway station is located on theMain line inQueensland, Australia. It serves the suburb ofEast Ipswich inCity of Ipswich. It opened in 1879 as Limestone, being renamed East Ipswich in 1892.[1][2]

Services

East Ipswich is served by trains operating to and fromIpswich andRosewood. Most city-bound services run toCaboolture andNambour, with some morning peak trains terminating atBowen Hills.[3] Some afternoon inbound services on weekdays run toKippa-Ring.[3] East Ipswich is two minutes from Ipswich and 56 minutes on an all-stops train fromCentral.[3]
