TheEast Branch Piscataquis River is atributary of thePiscataquis River inPiscataquis County,Maine. From its source in Little Squaw (MaineTownship 3, Range 5, BKP EKR), it runs south 14 miles (23 km)^[1] to itsconfluence with theWest Branch Piscataquis River inBlanchard to form the Piscataquis.

TheAppalachian Trail crosses the East Branch just upstream from its joining with the West Branch.
