E. A. P. Sivaji is an Indian politician and was aMember of the Legislative Assembly (MLA). He was elected to theTamil Nadu legislative assembly as aDravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) candidate fromTiruttani constituency in the1996 election.[1]
Having lost his Tiruttani seat toG. Raviraj of thePattali Makkal Katchi in2001,[2] Sivaji stood in the2006 assembly elections for theTirvallur constituency at a time when he was district secretary of the DMK in that area.[3] He won the seat then[4] but in the2011 election he was runner-up toB. V. Ramanaa of theAll India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam.[5]
