Duncan E. MacDonald (born January 15, 1949) is an Americanlong-distance runner. He ran collegiately forStanford University and competed in themen's 5000 metres at the1976 Summer Olympics.[1] He was also a three-time winner of theHonolulu Marathon, in 1973, 1974 and 1980.[2] In 2017, MacDonald was the boys and girls cross country coach at thePunahou School in Honolulu.[3]
