Kinutil, also known askinutir orkutir, is aFilipinoalcoholic drink from theVisayas Islands andMindanao. It is made from palm wine (tubâ) with rawegg yolks and/or homemade chocolate (tabliya). Some versions also addcondensed milk, sugar, and carbonatedsoftdrinks. A version made with chocolate and sugar in the island ofSamar is known asdubado. It is typically paired with Filipino rice cakes (kakanin). The name means "stirred", fromVisayankutil ("to stir"). It is sometimes characterized as the "Filipinoeggnog" or the "Filipino mudslide".[1][2][3][4][5][6]
