Kuru köfte (dry meatballs) is aTurkish breadedmeatball, usually mincedlamb or mixed withsheep,beef orchicken meat, mixed with eggs, withgarlic, herbs (parsley, dill, thyme), spices and salt homogenized to form some balls, rolled onbread crumbs orflour and fried in hot oil.[1][2][3][4]
