Drapia (Ancient Greek,Medieval Greek:Τραπειανή,romanized: Trapiané,Greek:Ydrapia) is acomune (municipality) in theProvince of Vibo Valentia in theItalian regionCalabria, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest ofCatanzaro and about 14 kilometres (9 mi) west ofVibo Valentia. As of December 31, 2016, it had a population of 2,082 and an area of 21.5 square kilometres (8.3 sq mi).[3]
