Dragutin Franasović (Serbian Cyrillic:Драгутин Франасовић), was a Serbian army general and politician who held the post ofMinister of Defence andMinister of Foreign Affairs.[1][2] In 1899 he succeeded GeneralStevan Zdravković as president of TheRed Cross of Serbia, a post he held until the beginning of theGreat War whenMilos Borisavljevic took over. Franasović also served as theChancellor of the Royal Orders from 1903 to 1905.[3]
