Dozza (Romagnol:Dòza) (Italian pronunciation:[ˈdɔttsa]) is an Italiancomune in theprovince of Bologna. Dozza is known for its festival of the painted wall, which takes place every two years in September. During this festival, famous national and international artists paint permanent works on the walls of the houses. A local landmark isDozza Castle, whose cellars hostEnoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna, theenoteca andwine bar dedicated tooenological products ofEmilia-Romagna. It is one ofI Borghi più belli d'Italia ("The most beautiful villages of Italy").[4]
