Doracium (Greek:Δωρακίον), was an ancient town ofIllyricum, whichHierocles calls the metropolis of theProvincia Praevalitana – a title which rightly belongs toScodra.Wesseling has supposed that it might representDioclea,^[1] but this is not confirmed. Its precise location is not known.
