AfterAdam Pearce andSonya Deville granted a rematch later that night, the Mysterios again retained their titles afterRoman Reigns interfered and attacked them, causing a disqualification.[23] At theMoney in the Bank pre-show on July 18, the Mysterios lost the titles to The Usos, ending their reign at 63 days.[24] They failed to regain the titles atSummerSlam on August 21.[25]

After the match, as he and Morgan were about to kiss, they were interrupted by a returning Ripley.[57] AtSummerSlam on August 3, Dominik turned on Ripley when he helped Morgan to retain her title.[58] They lost to Ripley and Priest in amixed tag team match atBash in Berlin on August 31.[59] AtBad Blood on October 5, Dominik was suspended above the ring in ashark cage during a title rematch between Morgan and Ripley, where he was attacked by Ripley after dangling from the cage.[60]
