Domingos João Macandza (born 17 June 1998), sometimes known asDomingos Mexer, is a Mozambican professional footballer who plays as aright-back forCosta do Sol and theMozambique national team.
Macandza began his senior career in theMoçambola withMazaquene in 2016. On 2020, he had a stint withVilankulo,[1] and the following season with crosstown rivalsAD Vilankulo.[2] In January 2022, he transferred toCosta do Sol.[3]
Macandza debuted with the seniorMozambique national team in a 2–12018 COSAFA Cup loss toMadagascar on 27 May 2018.[4] He played for Mozambique at the2022 African Nations Championship.[5] He was called up to the national team for the2023 Africa Cup of Nations.[6]
