Divostin (Serbian Cyrillic:Дивостин) is a village of the city ofKragujevac in theŠumadija district ofSerbia. According to the 2011 census, there were 422 inhabitants.[1]
Over 100,000 Neolithic objects fromStarčevo culture andVinča culture were extracted in a number of searches between 1959 and 1971.[2] Ceramics of theCernavodă culture dating to the Early and MiddleBronze Age have been found in Divostin.[3]
TheFlores company, a producer of exportedrakija, is headquartered in Divostin.[citation needed]
