Division No. 5 is acensus division inAlberta,Canada. It is located in the north-central portion ofsouthern Alberta and its largest urban community is the Town ofStrathmore.

In the2021 Census of Population conducted byStatistics Canada, Division No. 5 had a population of55,784 living in20,451 of its22,579 total private dwellings, a change of0.1% from its 2016 population of55,708. With a land area of 16,651.23 km2 (6,429.08 sq mi), it had a population density of3.4/km2 (8.7/sq mi) in 2021.[2]
