Desmethoxyfallypride is a moderate affinitydopamine D2 receptor/D3receptor antagonist used in medical research, usually in the form of theradiopharmaceutical[F-18]-desmethoxyfallypride (DMFP(18F))[1][2] which has been used in human studies as apositron emission tomography (PET)radiotracer.[3][4]
