Denopamine (INN) is a drug which acts as aβ₁ adrenergic receptor agonist.^[1] It is used in the treatment ofangina^[2] and may also have potential uses in the treatment ofcongestive heart failure^[3] and for clearingpulmonary edema.^[4] It is marketed in Japan under the brand nameKalgut and available as tablets of 5 and 10 mg, and 5% fine granules.^[5]
