Demeter Laccataris (1798 – 24 December 1864) was an Austrianportrait painter ofGreek origin. Born inVienna, he studied atDebrecen andVienna. He was based atPest from around 1835 and painted portraits andaltarpieces. He paintedsignboards as well. There is a representative collection exhibited at theHungarian National Gallery.

He died at Pest.
