Daylight Records was an Americanrecord label andsubsidiary ofSony Music Entertainment, operated throughEpic Records.
Daylight was formed byDavid Massey in late 1998 as anEpic Records Group label, and has subsequently signed and helped to develop a broad array of artists, in the process achieving global sales in excess of 30 million records. Daylight also served as anA&R resource for all the labels within theSony Music Label Group family, includingColumbia Records Group,Epic Records andRED Distribution.
