David Zen Mansley is an American voice actor. He is best known for voicing of Agent/PresidentJohn Bishop in the 2003 cartoon seriesTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.^[1] Mansley has also provided the voices for several other cartoon characters onTMNT such as Rat King, Darius Dun, Zog, Savanti Romero and Triple Threat. He has also provided the voice forProfessor Armand Aniskov on the cartoon seriesSpeed Racer: The Next Generation,^[1] Nefertari Nebra on the 4Kids version ofOne Piece and Lord Van Bloot onChaotic.
