SirDavid Chadwick,KCMG,C.S.I.,C.I.E. (1876–1954) was a prominent member of theIndian Civil Service.[1]
He was secretary of theImperial Agricultural Bureaux[2] which he represented on the Standing Advisory Committee of theASLIB Microfilm Service.[3]
